PNP Frontliners work experiences : an avenue for assessing their response to

Statement of the Problem

1. What are the work experiences of the participants in terms of response to Covid-

19 pandemic?

2. What are the work experiences problems encountered by the participants in

terms of:

1.1 Shortage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

1.2 Anxiety and fears amongst PNP Front liner and the community

1.3 Challenges in enforcing social distancing

Instruction:

1. Yan n ang gagawin nating SOP 1 and 2. Baguhin nyo na ang SOP nyo sa

luma at ito ang ilagay.

2. Subukan lang natin itong SOP baka sakali makalusot. Ang purpose nito ay

para hindi masyado masalimuot ang gagawin research natin kc magfofocus

lang naman tau sa work experiences ng participants natin hindi sa buong

research tungkol sa COVID 19.

1. How do your work experiences affect your duties and responsibilities to response
to the pandemic?
2. What are the work experiences you encounter during the implementation of
different kinds of community quarantine?
3. Do you experience the discrimination to the public?
4. How do your work experiences affect the protocols implemented by the IATF?
5. What are the experiences have you encounter on how to cope with deficiencies
in protective equipment?
6. How do the work experiences affect your duties and responsibilities as as
frontliner to cope with the anxiety and fears to the community?
7. What are the experiences you encounter to maintain maximum tolerance on
dealing social distancing to the public?
8. How the anxiety and fears do affects the hindrances to your duties and
responsibilities?

Instruction:
1. Mula number 1 to 3 ay nakafocus sa SOP 1. Mag isip pa kayo ng tang na
papasok sa SOP 1 kahit mga lima pa ay pwede na.
2. Mula 4 to 8 ay nakafocus naman sa SOP 2. Dagdagan nalang kahit mga apat
na nakafocus ang tanong sa SOP 2.
3. TIP. Kung iisip kayo ng tanong ay isipin nyo kayo ang participants(PNP) para
alam nyo ang isasagot sa tanong kung nauukol ba ito sa mga naranasan ng
pulis sa pagpapatupad ng trrabaho bilang pulis alinsunod sa kanilang work
experiences.
4. Nagbigay na ako ng mga halimbawang mga katungan kaya may idea na
kayo.
5. Last, kapag tapos nyo na gawin ang mga tanong ay ilagay nyo ang mga ito
kung saan sila nabibilang sa SOP at idelete nyo na itong red hightlight ko na
instruction at saka nyo ipakita sa akin bukas after lunch bago natin ipasa kay
Sir Remotin.
