The letters MoSCoW stand for:

Must Have

Should Have

Could Have

Won’t Have this time

The MoSCoW Rules are as follows :

- Must Have: The non negotiable products which are mandatory for
the group.The thing which is
necessary and which is more important
and cant live without that come under these category.
- Should Have : Things that are important but not vital which
are not must one we can live without
it.But,they can add some value
to the product.

- Could Have : The product are needed but they are less
important.If,they left out then they wont have
much impact,we can
live without it.They are good to have.

- Won’t Have this time : The product which provide less to no

value which you can give up on.They are not
priority for that time
of period.

Lets take an exmplae and understand these concept more

precisely,

A man wants to buy a Laptop with OS of windows 10. The bike

should have 16 GB RAM and a graphics
card. Pre install App is also
important. And the color should be grey, so he wants a grey color
body. It
would be nice if give a extra charger.

Let’s define these using MoSCow rule:

M – a new laptop with Windows 10 OS.

S – a 16 GB RAM, graphics card, Pre installed

App.

C – a grey color body.

W – a extra charger to charge the laptop.

can assess the recommendation for small
development teams in
DSDM.

People are taking the agile development very lightly in project

but it playes very important role.Every one
thinks it is a part of
process it is followed by methods but not thats the case.

Its is a philosophy,It is a set of principles to guide in the

choices which are made.Agile software
development is a philosophy
for managing teams and projects. It has similarities to lean
manufacturing
principles for “eliminating waste”.
