WITNESS-AFFIDAVIT

I, AURORA P. AGUSTIN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of

Gamu, Isabela after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
state that:

1. I am currently the Barangay Kagawad of Barangay Upi, Gamu,

Isabela;

2. I personally know the respondent, LONDON LUNGAWIS, he is a

member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and was stationed at
Gamu, Isabela;

3. I likewise know the complainant, SHERYL SIBBAY, she was

introduced to me by London Lungawis as his wife;

4. I also witnessed that they lived together as husband and wife for more
than three years because I always see them together and I often visit
them in their boarding house located in our barangay;

5. I am executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts

and to support the filing of the complainant of a case against Mr.
London Lungawis.

1. I owned a boarding house located at Barangay Upi, Gamu, Isabela;

2. I personally know LONDON LUNGAWIS because he was my tenant

since ________________;

3. On July ______, London Lungawis introduced to me Ms. Sheryl Sibbay

as his wife and they lived together in a rented room for a period of
_________________________, until Mr. London Lungawis left because he
was transferred at Baguio City;

4. I am executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts

and to support the filing of the complainant of a case against Mr.
London Lungawis.
