a. Cockroach infestation and factors affecting the estimation of cockroach
population in Apartment area is :

 For period of January 2022 the cockroach pest can still be controlled
with several treatments performed. Population cockroach low.
There are 3 cockroach on January 2022 which is same with last
month.
For the controlling if pest has entered into the room, we’ll do treatment
baiting gel & spraying, prevention have to set stability room temperature and
maintain the cleaning of area.

b. Mosquito infestation, control, and factors affecting the estimation of

mosquito population in Apartment area is :

 high. There are 74 mosquitoes on January 2022 which is lower than
last month.
Control of adult mosquitoes can be done by spraying, cold fogging in the
area and mist blowing, while prevention of the needed cooperation between
with AAG Pest Control and the Apartment checking routinely in area. And
the changes of the weather in this period also is one factor the reasons why
many of mosquito pest and the puddle in a plants.

c. Flies infestation, control, and factors affecting the estimation of flies

population in Apartment area is :

several treatments performed There are 8 flies on January 2022
which is higher than last month.
 To control these flies with regular action plan i.e. spraying for
routine treatment and monitoring.

  For period of January 2022 the ants can still be controlled with
several treatments performed. Population ants for this month is low.
There are 18 ants on January 2022. Which is lower than last month.
 To control these ants with regular action plan i.e. spraying and
baiting for routine treatment and monitoring.

population in Apartment area is :

 For period of January 2022 the rodent can still be controlled with
several treatments performed
 Population of rodent is no infestation, there are no rodents on this
month on January 2022 which is same with last month.
To control these rodents AAG conduct action plan regular more install
glue trap, live trap, and inspection every day.

 For period of December the bee, bed bug, and bird can still be
controlled with several treatments performed. Population Tomcat is
medium, there are 45 tomcat on January 2022, we found at Refuge,
BBQ, Lt. 02-38, Garbage, Planter Box, Corridor unit in Tera, Garden
GF, which is lower than last month.

To control these rodents AAG conduct action plan regular more install
live trap and inspection every day and to control . To control these tomcats
with regular action plan i.e. spraying for routine treatment and monitoring.

IV. The Main Of Thing Need For To Be Taken Reduce Pest Population
Based on the pest and rodent infestation data, we conclude the higher

population of rodent and pest are mosquitoes. This following effort should be
maintained:
 Prevention: Minimize the potency of pest movement from outside area to the
inside area. Make sure the entry point to the inside area is protected or closed
and always tight monitor to every incoming goods.

  Exclusion: From the inspection result, still found hole or crack at the inside
area. This condition should be repaired immediately to avoid infestation of pest
in inside area.
 Sanitation: Cleaning room/floor/kitchen should be maintained at optimum
level with fully support from all Apartments staff and management.
 Treatment: AAG team should be continuing the intensive treatment in all area,
combine all method with monitoring effort.

V. Action Plans – AAG Pest & Rodent Control

For intensify pest & rodent control at Verde Two Apartment area, we are
to do for action plan on February2022:
- Performing with routine evaluation for team area
- Monitoring and treatment based on procedure
- Improving communication and cooperation for the good performance
- Larvacide treatment in puddles and gutter
- Adding install snake trap in the 1th basement

Some preventive action should be taken by the Apartment in order to reduce the
pest population with follow up the recommendation. The efficacy pest & rodent control
program is relying on the good cooperation between pest & rodent control operators,
apartments staff, and management.

This report is made in order to become an information and attention for every
party that involved in pest & rodent control activities.
