Projects at Axis Bank


 BRISK - Burgundy Rapidly Integrated Special Kit (BRISK) has been conceptualized and designed for marquee
customers which consists of pre-fabricated, personalised Burgundy debit card, Select credit card and
Burgundy Multicurrency card along with a personalised Welcome letter. This is an industry first initiative
which has gone live this FY. We have handed over 65 BRISKs and opened 37 UHNI Burgundy accounts as on
28th August 2019. The Phase 2 of BRISK initiation automation has been completed.
 SA Acquisitions through Cross Linkages –
- Retail Assets - NTB RA customers to be identified as potential Burgundy and customers to be pitched
SA during Welcome calling (On-going basis)
- Retail Assets - Identified potential Burgundy customers with the help of BIU and shared the leads
with Burgundy RMs on CRM
- Credit cards – Identified potential Burgundy customers with the help of BIU and shared the leads
with Burgundy RMs on CRM

 Developments for Digital Acquisitions –
- Worked with the IT team to develop and test the Hub and Spoke logic on Instakit manager. This
enabled Pan India branches to indent Burgundy instakits (earlier available only for Burgundy base
branches) which are used for digital account opening.
- Worked with the IT team to develop and test the multiple HR role logic on Instakit manager. This
enabled the branches to allocate the Burgundy instakits to their sales teams (earlier only available
for Burgundy RMs). This helped drive digital account opening of Burgundy accounts through Non RM
Branch resources.
- Worked with the IT team to develop and test the addition of Burgundy NRI and staff scheme codes.
This will enable digital account opening of Burgundy NRI and staff accounts which make up 36% of
total accounts opened annually.
