Description of Job as an Implementation Lead:

 Provide support for telecom issues originating and escalated from Client.
 Establish service levels and Customer requirements through regular interaction to
determine needs.
 Co-ordination with vendor teams for Roll-out activities.
 Vendor teams management.
 DPR floating & conducting Project phases reviews.
 Responsible for Project Schedule and Cost Control.
 Direct interaction with Customer for giving Projects Updates.
 Ensure Successful completion of Project phases within the given time limit by the
customer.
 Audited and managed telecom invoices and billing issues with telecom vendors.

Description of Job as a Project Engr:

 Analyze network performance reports and good understanding of KPIs.

 Using Ericsson BSC & RNC commands for site operations & maintenance.
 Use of citrix and winfiol for running BSC commands.
 Using Moshell in Ericsson RNC commands for Alarm monitoring of NodeB & eNodeB
 2G ,3G & LTE Site integration & commissioning.
 Use of NodeB scripts for Ericsson NodeB commissioning.
 Commissioning and integration of Ericsson RBS 6000 series BTS.
 Commissioning of Ericsson TCU.
 Handover of On-aired sites after L1 & L2 quality audit.
