 RF Optimization of 2G & 4G networks to troubleshoot and improve KPIs of Accessibility,

Retainability, Mobility, Integrity & Availability. 
 Analyzing traffic trends & Network performance.
 KPI monitoring, Worst cells analysis and make action plan for improvement.
 Analysis of different type of drops such as VOLTE Drop, TCH DROP & SDCCH DROP
 Analyze the faults and resolve interworking issues between different technology like VoLTE Call
Drop, 2G Call Drop, TCH Blocking, CSFB SR & Low Throughput issues.
 Worst cells analysis and recommendations.
 Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems
 Good understanding for GSM/LTE KPI optimization and Improvement, need understand
Parameter and KPI Formula.
 Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections.
  Hands on work experience in new on air & SRAN swap Site Neighbor’s Addition/Deletion
 Suggesting Antenna Azimuth changes, Ht. Reduction & Tilts Changes according to KPI.
 Root cause analysis of any kind of KPI degradation in the network.
 Drive Test Optimization and performance tuning on LTE/Volte/GSM Networks

Job Responsibilities:

 Daily monitoring of 4G KPIs. Major KPIs including – LTE/Volte Accessibility, LTE/Volte

Retainability, Mobility Succ. Rate, DL/UL Throughput, UL RSSI and others.
 Daily monitoring of 2G KPIs. Major KPIs including - TCH Drop, TCH Blocking, SD Drop, SD Blocking
& others.
 Drop & Blocking relative KPI Monitoring & troubleshooting on daily basis in 2G.
 Sector Shooting & Splitting for traffic sharing.
 Make CR for TRX addition/Deletion in cell according to traffic KPI.
 Make CR for new on air & SRAN swap Site Neighbor’s Addition/Deletion.
 Make CR for parameter changes as per requirement on daily basis.
 Daily optimization activity with the help of OSS / AMOS and log file analysis. Intra-frequency
Neighbor planning using MapInfo & PIANO tool.
 Neighbor tuning by changing BCCH, TCH & PCI frequencies.
 Trouble shooting and resolving issues like call drop and handover.
 Data analysis from the drive test log files, making the necessary changes to improve the network
quality.
 Analyzing drive test results on software tool for the RF optimization/improvement of the
network (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, RxLevel & RxQuality)
 Regular Parameter, One way neighbor, SC & BCCH clash audits
 TCH Blocking, SD blocking & TNL Failure KPI analysis.
 In case of degraded Network performance then analyze Through Pre & Post Drive Test Log File,
Daily Basis KPI Report & Optimization the Network KPI of Single & Cluster Site.
 Responsible for maintaining the network KPIs for Post Launch Sites. Analysis to troubleshoot the
bad performing cells.
