Improvement, activities specific of 4G/LTE using NSN, ZTE tool & LMSR (NetAct, Net
Numen, Netspan, EPMP, ESPA, MRBTS, SBTS & One TM ).
 Responsible for TAC -LAC and Redrt Audit for network on Weekly Basis.
 Responsible for making Plan through NetAct Plan Editor and Implementations.
 Responsible for validating the Plan for all LTE CR and do correction for Implementations.
 Analysis worst performing cells & making RCA for worst cells.
 Responsible for BM drive and analysis.
 NodeB Hardware Troubleshooting, & change eNode B parameters using LSMR TOOL.
 Analysis of Mobility event for intra, inter, IFHO and IRAT handover improvement by
optimized the proper values of concern parameter and timer threshold
 In depth analysis of RRC failures/RAB failures/Drops/throughput related issues.

 RF Survey giving Nominal, for new site of a new clutter. Drive Test using TEMS 8.0.1, 8.1
 New sites and existing sites optimization include improvement in SDCCH drops and
other drops due to quality or coverage issues
 Drive testing to verify the network performance & major KPIs (Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI,
C/I, C/A, HO failure, Call Drop).
 Preparing database, trackers, PPTs for management.
 Used MapInfo to create thematic diagrams to present Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI, dropped
calls, blocked calls, and HO failure..
 Analysis & Troubleshooting with LOG files collected during Drive test.
 The activities included foot printing of all the sites in order to control the site overshoot,
Interference Elimination, Finding Missing & One way Neighbors, Coverage holes.
 Optimization of the network by changing physical parameters like Mechanical & Electrical
tilt, Antenna orientation for an optimum Coverage & Quality.

Successfully implemented the Plan for Bharti GGSN Migration three times for Bihar
Network
Successfully implemented the Plan for Bharti NEW MME Live for Bihar Network
Successfully implemented the TAC for Bihar Network and awarded from Airtel CTO.

GPL Audit done and Make Maharashtra circle NO 1 out of 22 Circle in less discrepancy
GPL circle.
