    For the good and interest of the public and in order to ensure the smooth continuity of the function of the office, you
    are hereby designated as OFFICER IN-CHARGE during the period of my absence on November 15, 2021.

    As Officer In-Charge, you are hereby authorized to perform the official duties and functions of the LDRRMO II.
