SUBJECT Resolution for the Creation of Special Unit for CCAM Program and
Normalization Projects for De-Commissioned Combatants of the Moro
Islamic Liberation Front (MILF)

Background and purpose of the resolution:

The DSWD Field Office XII Regional MANCOM is requesting the approval of its
Resolution recommending the Creation of Special Unit for CCAM Program and
Normalization Projects for De-Commissioned Combatants of the Moro Islamic Liberation
Front (MILF) under the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB).

Likewise, endorsing and recommending Ms. NORHATA C. BENITO, SWO III, as Focal
Person for the said Programs/ Project.

Legal basis:

1. Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro

2. MC 018, s.2019; Implementing Guidelines in the Provision of the Socio-Economic
Programs for Normalization for the Decommissioned Combatants (DC) of the Moro
Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) under the Comprehensive Agreement on the
Bangsamoro (CAB)
