Consistent Design
● Clear and logical layout
● Navigation toolbars is located at top left
● Consistent fonts and wording (White color)
● Color scheme (black and yellow)
● Search panel and sign in button located at the top right
Logical Screen Layout
● Point of interest or popular movie titles located at the very top
● Other movie choices and categories are put at the middle
● A purchase option (buy now button) is also provided for the top 10 choices movies titles
● Vertical alignment

Outline Tab
● Located at the very left of the webpage
● Provide each category to help user find the desired choice
Seat Selection
● Users select their wanted seats by clicking on the seat image. Selected seat will display as
yellow.
● Seat with grey color indicates the seat is occupied or under maintenance.
● Other details are displayed at the bottom of the page to help user understand the colour
and logo of the seats.
Promotion page
● Show current events and promotions offer by the cinema
● Each offer or promotions is display with a poster
● Details and explanation is put under the poster to provide more information for the user.
Check for time/schedule
● The most top is the slide pane, where users can select the desired movie to view its
schedule and location.
● The date only offer for two days
● The time selection tab displays all the showtimes for the movie in each different location.
● User select the time to order the seats
● The filter logo helps user to narrow down the choice and is easy to choose.

Consistent Design
● Clearly defines each part on the top side.
● A clear logo of the website is located in the top left corner.
● Clear layout and visual color
● Clearly fonts and words separate with different types of theme such as promotion and
menu.

User Friendly
● The website is easy to navigate around with clear keywords and logos given
● The search bar is located on the top right corner along with the favorite items and the
shopping bag
● Classify different types of product with different user targets such as Men, Kid, Woman
and many more
● With the consistent layout design, the users will always go back to the familiar place to
access the related items

● Clearly navigate different types of product with users such as Men, Women, Kids and
others.
● Each category located on the top middle
Promotion page
● Different promotion events will show on the first page to let users easily know.
● Some new special products also will attach some video to attract users on the first page.
● Let users know about which product is popular in this season.
Product page
● Provide different views of the product such as top, side and other views.
● Provide a search function to let users find out their favorite series of products.
● Provide different color views to the user.

Question 2: Improvement
Website 1: Golden Screen Cinema

● The Today’s Top 10 Movies have too small font size and the font color make the words
hard to read as it blends into the background

● The movies are supposed to be the main attraction for the websites instead to promotions
and advertisements for others
● The font size and color can be redesign to improve the overall user experience
● The GSC logo and the search bar should be larger in the website to clearly show the users
that they are in their website
● The search bar for searching movies or cinema is close to unnoticable as the search bar
color is same with the key in area

Improvements
● Increase the font size of the navigation bar in order to allow users navigate around easily
● The search bar, favorite items and shopping bag logo will need to increase the size
● The font color in the navigation bar is too similar to the background
● The promotion layout can show more items that are on promotions instead of just a few
models
● The black bar on top with white font is too small and the users might missed out
