ZF-Ecofluid A Plus
Fully Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid

Product Description

The fully synthetic ATF ZF-Ecofluid A plus was specially developed for use in Ecomat
transmissions. The combination of a synthetic basic oil (based on poly-alpha-olefins) with a
specially balanced additive package ensures excellent oxidation stability and constant friction
characteristics. Optimum transmission-adapted viscosity and minimum viscosity changes
during use ensure, together with a high scoring stability and pitting resistance, a particularly
high protection level and thus extended service life of bearings and gears.
Moreover, ZF-Ecofluid A plus excels by a flat viscosity vs. temperature characteristic curve,
and is therefore particularly suited for applications in cold or hot climatic regions.

Application:

ZF-Ecofluid A Plus fulfills all requirements specified in ZF List of Lubricants, TE-ML 04D, 14E,
16N, 20E. ZF-Ecofluid A plus is miscible with all other ATF grades specified in ZF List of
Lubricants, TE-ML 04D,14E, 16N, 20E. Please note: Mixing of different non-fully synthetic
products may have a negative impact on the advantages of ZF-Ecofluid A Plus. Therefore,
after reoiling from a mineral oil-based or a partially synthetic ATF, an interim oil change
interval at half of the standard mileage (in km) is required.

ZF-Ecofluid A Plus is a fully synthetic oil for automatic C.V. transmissions

ZF-Ecofluid A Plus is particularly recommended for city buses and coaches as well as for
extreme applications, such as demanding topographical conditions, stop-and-go traffic, and
frequent retarder operation.
ZF-Ecofluid A Plus fulfills all requirements specified in ZF List of Lubricants, TE-ML 04D, 14E,
16N, 20E.
