Disclaimer
• IMPORTANT: Read the user manual and watch the videos before use.
• TireAngel has been developed specifically to address the challenges of tire pressure
monitoring on large-scale and multi-wheeled fleets.
• TireAngel is designed to monitor tire pressure and temperature. It is not designed to
provide warning of sudden critical tire damage and blowouts caused by external
effects. The driver should react promptly to any warning and correct the problem.
• Tires can fail for other reasons besides low pressure or overloading. Always be on the
alert Tires can for any other tire problems as indicated by unusual noises, vibrations,
uneven tread wear or bulges on the tire! If any of those symptoms occur, have the
tires checked immediately by a tire professional.
• Proper tire inflation pressure and maintenance of the tire inflation pressure is critical
for optimum tire life. The tire inflation pressure should always be obtained from the
tire supplier due to changes in the technology of tires, equipment, and job
applications.

Configuration Plan
Assign Sensor ID to each Wheel position according to configuration table

Vehicle ID: (Up to 8 Characters) Axle A B C D

Left Outer Left Inner Right Inner Right Outer
High temperature alert: 70°C or 158°F
Low pressure alert (psi): 1 1A, #### 1B, #### 1C, #### 1D, ####
High pressure alert (psi):
Recommendation Alert value: 2 2A, #### 2B, #### 2C, #### 2D, ####
Cold Inflation Pressure * .85 = Low pressure alert
Cold Inflation Pressure * 1.25 = High pressure alert 3 3A, #### 3B, #### 3C, #### 3D, ####

For example if Cold Inflation Pressure is 90 psi. 4 4A, #### 4B, #### 4C, #### 4D, ####
Then 77 psi = Low pressure alert and
113 psi = high pressure alert. 5 5A, #### 5B, #### 5C, #### 5D, ####

• Proper tire inflation pressure and maintenance of the tire inflation pressure is critical for optimum tire life. The tire
Cold Inflation Pressure should always be obtained from the tire supplier due to changes in the technology of tires,
equipment, and job applications.
TireAngel Configuration Procedure
1st time you connect to the TPMS controller, the app will prompt for configuration
parameters.
If there is an existing configuration and you want to re-configure, “delete config”
from settings (don’t do this unless necessary).
1. Vehicle type
2. Vehicle ID (Up to 8 characters – license plate no)
3. Pressure Unit: PSI/Bar/kPa
4. Temperature Unit: °F/ °C
5. High Temperature Alert Value: 158°F/ 70°C
6. Choose axle wheel layout: 2 Tires or 4 Tires
7. Low Pressure Alert Value
8. High Pressure Alert Value
9. Sensor ID
10. Repeat for each axle
Trouble Shooting-Sensor
TireAngel application is not showing data
• Confirm the sensor id is correct (app configuration shows same sensor id
as sensor id on sensor cap)
• Check if the sensor is pushing down on valve stem dill pin, the pin must
be depressed to release air into the sensor.
• Check is the valve pin straight and clean

Sensor is leaking air

• Check if the sensor silicon seal ring is damaged (twisting sensor on too
hard)
Trouble Shooting TPMS Controller and APP
Bluetooth LED Blinking
• TireAngel application lost connection
• Start TireAngel application on TireAngel Monitor to connect

Application is Frozen and Not Responding

• Exit TireAngel application and start application again to connect
• Clear TireAngel internal memory:
TireAngel Monitor>Settings>Apps>TireAngel>Storage>CLEAR
DATA>CLEAR CACHE
Trouble Shooting - No Tire data or Lost data
No Data on TireAngel Monitor
• Confirm the connection between TireAngel Monitor and TPMS Controller
• Check if the connection of TPMS Controller and antenna cables are tight

Data From All Sensors is not Received within 2 Minutes

• Confirm if the sensor ID correct
• Check the installation of the TPMS antenna, keep antenna 4 inch/10cm
from any metal wall or inference.
• Antenna should be free standing and bounded or next to any cables or
metal inference
