 Can habla de habilidad en el presente y could habla de habilidad en pasado.

 Una de las diferencias entre may y can es que may es más educado que can. Por otro
lado, can significa poder, pero a nivel de capacidad y de habilidad, mientras
que may significa poder pero indica posibilidad, permiso y duda.
 La principal diferencia es que si bien ambos expresan posibilidad, la posibilidad de "could" está
más relacionada con cierta "habilidad", mientras que la posibilidad de might estaría más
relacionada con cierta "probabilidad".
 La principal diferencia entra would y could, es que could se utiliza para hablar sobre cosas que
podíamos hacer en el pasado o para pedir permiso para hacer algo. Por otro lado, usamos "would"
para hablar hablar de casos hipotéticos, cosas que nos gustarían hacer pero que no es seguro que
tengan sucedan.
 La diferencia básica entre might y may radica en que may se utiliza para indicar que es probable
que se haga algo ("puede que haga...") mientras que might indica menos probabilidad y
seguridad ("podría hacer...").
