We, Angel Home of Women’s Trust is running an old age home, SANDHANA OLD AGE

HOME FOR DESTITUTE SENIORS" in Thenoor village, Madurai District of Tamilnadu, India
with the help of some philanthropists and local donors and well-wishers.

In our home there are 15 destitute seniors who are all taking care by us by providing them free
boarding, accommodation, medi-care etc. We want to extend our Home to accommodate more
number of seniors. We are running the home with our own funds and some minimum help from
local donors and friends. We need financial help from funding agencies and Corporates to extend
the home.

In addition, we are also serving the rural poor children for education, running suplementary
education centers in the villages. There are nearly 200 students are studying in our education
centers. We are distributing special coaching, notebooks and stationeries to them and also free
dresses to the children on festival seasons.

We are helping 50 HIV/AIDS affected children including 10 infected children for their
education. We are helping the parents of those children for their nutritious food, free dresses and
medical treatment.

For rural women development, we are conducting many self employment programs and
awareness programs to sustain themselves.

Our organisation is a registered Trust in Madurai, Tamilnadu and certified by Govt. of India by
12A, 80G status for receiving donations and got exemption from tax. We are also having FCRA

AHWT is running, SANDHANA HOME FOR DESTITUTE SENIORS, a home for destitute senior
citizens atThenoor, Madurai. For this laudable service the finance is to be arranged by
donations from kind hearted people around us. The only ambition of this trust is to build a well
building with all necessary facilities needed for housing at least 50 senior citizens and to provide
them with food, shelter and accommodation along with medical attention at free of cost.

The home will thank the donors for funds for the successful running of the home. On the

One Time Special Lunch with Vadai, Payasam Rs. 500 /-

One Day Sponsor (Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, snacks & Dinner) (Birthday, Wedding Anniversary and
other occasions) Rs. 1500 /-

Maintaining one Granny Per Month Rs. 3000 /-

One Bag of Rice (per month) (approx) Rs. 2000 /-

Milk (per month) (approx) (For Inmates) Rs. 1200 /-

Vegetable (per month) (approx) Rs. 1200 /-

Medicines for Inmates (approx) Per month (For BP, Diabetic and Asthma) Rs. 1500 /- .
