2.1 Type your Emirates ID accurately

- An OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to the EID (registered on ICA)

- You may choose “Other” to use an alternative mobile number, if you want.

 - Aer clicking “Send OTP” you will receive pop up message that your security
code has been sent successfully, check your mobile phone for 6- digit code

3 Fill in the required fields accurately

 You may select either you are a “Special need”, or you are “children of Emirati
3.1 mother” if applicable, assure to attach the required documents

- Attachments are accepted only in a PDF or Word Document format

3.3 Check the box to certify that all your filled information is accurate “Register”

3.4 An activation link will be sent to your registered email (check inbox and junk mail).

- Confirm your mobile number and set your complex password (see example)

- Example:

 Kindly note: All “self-registered” students’ accounts will be inactive until the
chosen school activate their accounts.

Student will receive an email and SMS notification once activated/

4 deactivated. In case of deactivation, students should register again (follow
previous process) and re-choose the right school.

Aer activation, you may login to your portal (If an error message occurs,
refresh or retype the link:
https://emsat-uat.moe.gov.ae/emsatregistration).

1.1 Absence Excuse Request:
- Fill in the required fields Attach your excuse
- If accepted, credit will be added to your account accordingly
- In case of rejection no action will be taken; thus, retake policy will be applied
(visit https://emsat.moe.gov.ae for details)

It will be activated once you

are marked absent in any of
your booked tests

“Total Exams Credit” is referring to the credits you may book for any test
2 without going through payment process, in case of:
- Cancelling before closing date - Accepted absence excuse
- Bundle payments - Rescheduling from MOE side
- Any other special cases confirmed by MOE

3 You may select your preferable available test subject

3.1 Select test date, shi and test center Check the certifying box Submit

4 Aer submitting and confirming your booking, the page will automatically take
you to the payment gateway; click “Pay using G3 e-Dirham Cards”.

4.1 Select “Non-E-Dirham Card”, then confirm.

4.2 once confirmed, you will be able to see the detailed purchased service, click
“Proceed with Payment”

4.3 Fill in your card details, then click “Pay now”.

4.4 On the next page, you only need to click “Submit”

Please don’t leave the payment page

until it redirects you back to your portal.
By that, you have successfully confirmed
your booking.

When the payment process is completed payment confirmation page will
