01. Jaw Chariot Point /Stomach 6 Point (ST6)

swelling, sore throat and jaw pain. Acupressure Stomach 6 Point is also known as Jaw
Chariot Point. This point is located on the muscle in front of earlobe, in between the upper
and lower jaws. See the picture above to reach to ST6 pressure point. Apply rm pressure
on Jaw Chariot Point (both sides simultaneously) for one minute and then release it.

02. Small Intestine 18 Point (SI18)

Acupressure Small Intestine 18 Point is situated on lower edge of the cheekbone, directly
below the outer canthus, in the depression on lower border of zygoma. Find the exact place
of SI18 point from the picture displayed above. This pressure point is also called Cheek
Bone Hole Point. Apply gentle pressure on Small Intestine 18 Point with your thumb or
nger(s) for one to two minutes on both sides simultaneously. By this Acupressure Points for

called Inner Court Point. Put your thumb on Stomach 44 point and apply rm pressure for
one minute and release it. You can stimulate this point on your both feet together or one by
one as you like. Acupressure Stomach 44 Point is very effective in healing toothache, bell’s
palsy, digestive problems, headache in front area, abdominal pain, gastric pain and nose
bleeding.

05. Facial Beauty Point /Stomach 3 Point (ST3)

Acupressure Stomach 3 Point is situated on both sides of the face. You can nd the ST3
pressure point at the bottom of the cheekbone, directly below the pupil as displayed in the
picture above. Stomach 3 Point is also known as Facial Beauty Point. Apply mild pressure
on ST3 point with your thumb or ngers for one to two minutes. By applying Acupressure

06. San Jiao 5 Point (SJ5) 

Acupressure San Jiao 5 Point is situated on the dorsal side, three centimeters away from

in above picture. Apply steady pressure on this point with your thumb for one ton two
minutes and then do the same process on another hand. Acupressure San Jiao 5 Point is

07. Joining the Valley /Union Valley Point /Large Intestine 4 Point (LI4)

index nger as displayed in above picture. The LI4 point is also called Joining the Valley
Point and Union Valley Point. Apply gentle pressure with the thumb on Large Intestine 4
Point for one to two minutes and then do the same on another hand. Acupressure LI4 Point

thumb to apply rm pressure on Kidney 3 point for one minute on each foot. Acupressure
Kidney 3 Point is useful to cure toothache, headache, insomnia, dizziness and asthma. In

10. Shoulder Meeting Point /Triple Warmer 13 Point ( TW13)

thumb away from in back of base of the upper arm and approximately two centimeters

TW13 pressure point. This point is also known as Acupressure Shoulder Meeting Point.
Apply rm pressure on TW13 point for one minute and take deep breath while pressing the

will provide great relief in toothache, shoulder pain, elbow pain, spasms in tooth and arm
pain.

11. Three Mile Point / Stomach 36 Point (ST36)

Acupressure Three Mile Point is located below the kneecap around four centimeters
downwards, on one centimeter width from shinbone. You can easily reach to Stomach 36
Point with help of above given picture. Apply rm pressure on Three Mile Point for three to
four minutes on both legs simultaneously and then release them. Acupressure Stomach 36
Point is very effective to give fast relief in toothache, knee pain, dizziness, constipation and
