STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

It is regarding the recent refusal of my study permit for the application number S304389186.
Following the denial of my application, I wish to provide clarifications for the concerns that you may have
about my application. My request was refused on the following ground:-
 I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of the authorized stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
This application offers clarification on the aforementioned grounds.

As an individual, I aspire to constantly grow intellectually and expand the horizon of my skill set. In this
pursuit of constant learning, I am fascinated by the field of business development and seek to acquire
prowess in the same. Being born and brought up in a town nearby to the national capital of India, it has been
very helpful in the economic liberalization of the National Capital Region (NCR) with the prominent
opportunities in professional jobs and a helping hand for millions of people to set up their own business.

India, being the fastest-growing Economic with an immense self-sustainable population is also facing its
worst economic period in this covid era. The projection of economic recovery in the upcoming years for India
is highly promising. Countries like the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, and many others have shown promising
economic recovery can be achieved with the help of a mass vaccination drive against Noval coronavirus.
Being the 2nd largest populated country will surely take some time to achieve these goals and I want to fully
utilize this time to gain skills of my interest which will help me to get a highly Professional job in the
upcoming Indian market.

After completing my secondary education with a CGPA of 7.8, I decided to pursue Diploma in Electronics and
communication engineering from Haryana State Board of Technical Education. The curriculum focused on
practical industrial knowledge with a self-employment skill set has helped in kick off my professional carrier
within from the college only. During the course, I paid particular attention to identify, formulate and solve
complex engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science, and mathematics. In addition
to this in my curriculum, I had many industrial trainings, projects buildings etc.

Undergone with internship at HCL Infosystems LTD. learning about mesh networking at M.D University had
helped in gaining a handful of experience. With a zeal for Higher education, I pursue B. Tech (Electronics and
Communication Engineering) from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, New Delhi, affiliated under
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) continuing with my previous studies.
Being a practical learning engineering student to a theory and research-based learning had a drastic change
in my study pattern. Overcoming all the challenges I completed my graduation in 2019 with scoring 63.7%
and completing the course in the given time period.

Industrial training internship at Arka-Era (solar panel installation and solution) in the year 2018 taught me a
lot about managerial skills. Handling a whole project on my own provides a handful of experience for
handling and completing the project. The organization seniors also helped me in learning designing of the
solar project with maximum efficacy through software like HomePro, PVsyst, which I use till date and gain
profit through freelancing. The past 6 years of college education in the area of the National capital region
had helped in understanding the importance of marketing. The NCR region is full of local and professional
work has helped in finding tremendous freelancing jobs. The highly competitive job market of I.T industry
requires a high skill set of coding languages for better growth opportunities, with a high-end practical and
on-field experience with a current market trend, I decided to move toward the field of business
development.

After completing my graduation, I started working with policybazaar as Associate Sales Consultant and
learned about the customer and Business-to-Business Sales. Currently working as a Senior Business
Development Associate at Sifa Wheels had gained experience in selling Electronics and electrical machinery
for the automobile industry in Delhi NCR. Any growing business always requires its sales department to be at
its very best and with the trend for upcoming years India being a hub for startups and maximum number of
unicorn company starting in India only will be a booming sector for the upcoming years.

The course selection of Business Development and Sales from prestigious Conestoga College for one year
will surely help in understanding technicalities for sales and business marketing. This program consists of few
unique modules like professional selling, Social Selling, Integrated Business Development and Sales,
Strategic Account Management, Sales Trends and Analytics, Finance for Sales etc. After completion of this
program will surely add up many job opportunities back in India a sure advantage in highly competitive
Indian job market.
Since my last application, For the study of supply chain management, the motto was only to gain skill and
knowledge with practical experience in fields like purchasing and operations. The intentions are still the
same to learn and gain skillful experience in business development and work with high professional MNC
back India.

We are a family of four with my younger brother being 7 years younger than me is also a reason to return to
India. My father is a businessman and my mother being a contractual government teacher has a combined
net worth of 6,45,253 CAD. They have enough funds to sponsor my further education. With the help of study
in Canada, the skillset and experience will be very helpful for my professional career and setting up a local
business for my younger brother in his final year of graduation, when I return back to India. 

A very common practice in India is outsourcing the work which has led to the immense number of
companies present in Delhi NCR and other parts of India. With the growth of MSME (Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprise) this course will surely help in finding a better job opportunity, and with a vast technical
knowledge will be also having an edge in fields like Medical/consumer/automobile Electronics etc.

With the help of the vaccination drive, only the economy of India will come back to its fullest. I am certain
that a career in this field will prove to be rewarding for me. In India, this field has tremendous scope, and I
am passionate to contribute to the growth of my country through my contributions as a competent
professional. The chosen degree program will enhance my marketability at my home country and will
prepare me for better job prospects in the field of business development. Thus, I wish to return to my home
country. In the long run, I intend to take bigger responsibilities and be adept enough to contribute to the
sphere of innovation.
