13 Adjustment of weighment

This chapter introduce adjustment of weight control instrument which match with 708A system to control elevator
running , the instrument show signal of the over load , full load , light load.at the same time carry out the assume
simulation signal ，so as to start-up compensation .
1 characteristic of control instrument
(1)Display
The instrument adopt 3 digital display：to set the load of elevator，display the setted control weight and percentage of
factual weightment and setted control weightand floors.
(2) Operation
To set the load or set factual load as rate load, install sensor at rope clamp.
(3) Working
The working of instrument use the method to check and control when the door open , as the elevator up or
down the instrument do not output.
2 theory
Through the pressure sensor the weight change into electric wave via the cable connect with the control
instrument ,Through the amplifier of control instrument and A/Dtransform and SCM.When the weight of car reach
to or over the scale of control instrument.The relay of full load and over load, light load act respectively.At the
same time output simulation signal match with MPK708A control system, in order to make the elevator run safe
and credible.
3 the installation of control instrument
The control instrument install to car top or control cabinet(freight elevator) , use insulation part connect with
control instrument, increase anti-jamming of system. As the picture 1.

4 installation of sensor
As the picture 2， the sensor install to the rope plate, Rope plate use for weightment device.

Pay attention to the items as following when fix the rope plate and sensor:
The sensor install between the two rope plate, connect with up and down rope plate；
b）The length of bolt which connect the sensor and upper rope plate insert into the sensor do not more than
the low surface of sensor.
c）Make sure that the rope bar not touch with the sensor.
d）make sure that the rope bar do not touch with wall of rope plate hole , as the picture 3.

5 connect wire
(1) wire of connecting with sensor

 Connect the pin of sensor cable with the four cores socket of control instrument firmly(attention to the direction),the
another pin of cable connect firmly with the socket of sensor.

6 adjustment
(1) check
set the switch at 〈run〉location.
The control instrument will ring when power on , The three-figure transistor will display 888, then ones place
willdisplay 1 ， the other two place disappear.give the open door signal ， three-figure transistor will display all,
increased along with load increase.
(2) reset
1) set the switch at 〈run〉location.
2)Warm-up the instrument 10 minutes
3)Idling of elevatorto the base floor.
The elevator in the condition of opening door, click the reset button three times in 3s ,go with the three light
rings, and then three replay long rings , The three-figure transistor will display 000, the reset is over.
(3) self learing operation of first run
1)After reset , in the condition of door open , the elevator ship the 99% of rating load , push the reset button more than 5s,
loosen it immediately when heard a long ring , The three-figure transistor will display 099-100.
2) Remove the switch to the location of <set>, close the car door after heard the three long ring and one short ring ,
from bottom floor to the top open the door every,(the control instrument will

ring twice as the learning replay when the elevator stop at every floor).
3) push the reset button five times in 5s when the elevator to the top floor, go with ring 5 times , then repeat the same
operate from top floor to bottom.
4）after arrival to the base floor , remove the switch to <run>
location in the condition of door open. The adjustment is over and the instrument display 100 .
4 set the light load point
In the good ondition of instrument ,click the reset button ,remove the switch up after heard the short ring , then after
heard a long ring , push the reset button adjust the light load point.the display parameters circle between 0.02-0.4, then
remove the set switch down , exit the programme .Cut the power and then power on again.
7 Run
when the floor load reach the rating load , the light load contact point and full load and over load should act , the change
of output simulation along with the load change.
