Project Description: PMCL (Mobilink) is implementing a strategic multi-phased
CRM program to drive the transformation into a leading edge customer focused
enterprise, to be better positioned in the near future to implement its business
growth strategy. For this IBM Italy is the main contractor with IBM Pakistan and
Global Delivery India as partners.
Role: I am the CRM Technical Consultant at onsite for the project. The project
organization consists of a 17 member team 12 technical members and 5 Business
Analysts. My tasks include
 Siebel CRM Configuration for implementation of new requirements
 Developed using Siebel Order Management for different order types like In
Order, Change Order, Take Over, Disconnect Order, Change Offer,
Resume Order, Suspend Order, MNP Port In, MNP Port Out, etc…

Project Description: This application uses extensive web services and Google
map to present a user with most accurate and authentic locations of
restaurants in its surroundings with further details of each record e.g. phone,
address, directions etc. The current version of this app. is in German
language. Restaurant guide with radius search of the best restaurants in
Germany and Europe. Through the annual evaluation of Restaurant Reviews,
the user will quickly and easily the best restaurant in the vicinity. About 10,000
restaurants by cuisine ambitious to absolute top-notch restaurant. With

2) Webcam Viewer ( CRM for Webcams installed at different houses or Offices -
iPhone)
Project Description: This is application with great usability. User can capture
images and save them to iPhone. Then, they can log in to a remote server
from device using certain credentials and sync those images to that server for
further use.
