Project Description: ENBD Group IT has implemented Siebel Service Request for
Emirates Islamic Bank.
Role: I am CRM Technical Lead for the project. My tasks include
Technical Design Documentation for guiding team for Technical Solutions
for new requirements and defects in existing system
Siebel CRM development for implementation of new service request types
Code Reviewing - Development of my team
Defects fixing of Siebel Service Request Module
Siebel Correspondence for making Documents using Windows Server
Provided customized List import functionality in order to get records from
excel sheet and creation of Service Requests using the data in excel sheet
