❖ Line Balancing: Balancing of assembly line w.r.t Takt time & implementation.
❖ Identification of Work content reducing & Productivity improment projects and Implementing .
❖ Manpower Planning: Plan and deploy manpower in respective direct & indirect areas on the basis of work
content estimation through the implementation of IE tools to meet production demands at optimized costs.
❖ Negotiations: Convencing Union representative for work content, line balancing & implementation. Validation
with Union representatives for LTS (Long term settlement)
❖ Achieve manpower reduction target in every 3 months.
