NOTICE
Major Project (BCAD692, BCSD692, MCA681 & MCA481)
BCA-2019, BSC (CS)-2019, MCA-2019, MCA-2020

The 6th-semester students of BCA-2019, BSC(CS)-2019 & MCA-2019 and 4th-semester students of MCA-2020 are
requested to register your group for Major Project (BCAD692, BCSD692, MCA681 & MCA481) according to your
syllabus.
Rules and Regulations for Major Project, 2022:

1. You should prepare a group of 5 students.

2. Group should be formed within the same section (for BCA & MCA2020).
3. Groups should register their names in the following way:
a. Prepare your group within the section and choose one of you as Group Leader (GL).
b. GLs are requested to keep the name, student code, Phone no and University mail-id of the
members before starting the fill-up the Google form.
c. Last date of submission of form(s) is March 17, 2022.
d. GL can submit only once this form.
e. Student’s information should not be repeated within the group.
f. An individual cannot be a member of more than one group.
g. The names of the allocated guides will be announced within March 26, 2022. The groups must
contact and report to the corresponding guide within March 31, 2022.
4. Students, who will fail to register themselves within March 17, 2022, will be allocated arbitrarily in groups
by the “Project Committee”, without the consent of those students.
5. Once a group is registered, no alteration in the group will be allowed throughout the semester.
6. Students should communicate with their allocated Internal Guide on a regular basis and report the current
status of progress at every week starting from April, 2022.
7. Students under External Guide will be allocated one Internal Guide by the Project Committee which will be
notified later.
8. All the group members should ensure equal and significant contribution towards the project work.
