 Overview
❖Iaim to create a crime short with
elements of comedy.
❖Itwill be set within both
Chippenham and Melksham.
❖The story will be structured as a
non-linear story told
through dreams.
❖The main development focus will be
on the discovery of certain events
taking place in dreams almost
telling the future to our
character and how they make a
choice to change the outcome.
❖ This idea fits well with resources
I already have access to such as
my location, actors and some
props.

❖ The idea of a robbery came from

how one of the locations I thought
of while brainstorming ideas as it
has aspects I can utilize for my
film.

❖Iam also intrigued with the

opportunity to experiment
with aftereffects to create a
gunshot visual effect, something I
haven't tried before.
❖ What also excites me is
the chance to try some new
editing or camera
techniques such as match
cuts and extreme close ups on
someone's eye.
The Plot
❖ Crime/Comedy short film inspired by the concept of seeing your death before
it happens from the Final Destination movies.

❖ First scene and main portion of the film will be a robbery which ends with
our protagonist getting shot.

❖ Instead of dying they wake up back in the shop they just robbed but this
time as a customer before falling asleep again and waking up somewhere
else.

❖ Lastly, they wake up in their bedroom, receiving a text about doing they
heist which they ignore, deciding to go back to bed.

❖ I will allude to the "dream" aspect of the story through audio cues, visual
links and transitions.
 Location's, Props and Actors
❖ The first and main scene of my film, the robbery, will take
place in Route 23 tattoo and piercing. I have permission
to use the entire location.

❖ My ending scene will be filmed at my house.
