OVERALL COMMENTS:

 Waste Segregation is not satisfactory because of lack of segregation in transferring waste to storage area
 Food waste is mismanaged; session conducted with the Housekeeping staff
 EMP document should also be available with HiLong for efficient implementation
 Environmental Register and Community Complaints Register should be maintained
