Terms and Conditions of Happy New You Campaign 2021 (hereinafter “HNY”)

HNY is run by Lakmé Lever Private Limited (“LLPL”) for its company owned and its
participating franchisee Lakme Salons.

HNY is an Offer to avail Lakme Salon services at discounted rates to eligible members of the
public who evince interest by Spinning the Wheel and purchasing Lakme for Life Offers. Any
person spinning the Wheel will be entitled to avail Lakme Salon services at the rate of
discount or avail the free service as per the terms and conditions of this offer. Further, during
the period of HNY, the Customers purchasing Lakme for Life packages will be eligible to get
an host of additional benefits along with the Lakme for Life packages.

Any person availing HNY is deemed to have understood and to have accepted these Terms
and Conditions.

1. Duration -
HNY is effective from 1st Dec 2021and is valid till 31st Jan 2022. LLPL reserves the rights
to change/ modify the terms and conditions of the HNY, partially or in full or to withdraw
the HNY in totality or any portions of it at any point of time, without any prior notice.
There are 3 offer constructs running under HNY:
A. SPIN THE HAPPINESS WHEEL
B. ROLL THE DICE OF HAPPINESS
C. LFL PACKAGE OFFERS

2. Spin the Happiness Wheel –

Participation in HNY Spin the Happiness Wheel is open to anyone who, on the date of
entry, are legal residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. A person
can participate in HNY by spinning the wheel appearing at the link specified in
promotional posts of the HNY on Lakme Salon social media handles and other sponsored
places. A participant would be required to input her / his Name, mobile number, Email
id, City & State to be able to (Spin the wheel / redeem the Offer displayed on Spinning
the Wheel) .

If a participant does not wish to share his / her mobile number she will not be able to
participate and avail offers of the HNY.
Mobile number so shared will be used for communicating the offer code available under
the HNY as well as communication of service messages and messages about Lakme Salon
Offers.

The Offer is available only once to each mobile number.

A participant is required to read through the terms and conditions before he / she
becomes entitled to spin the Wheel and avail of the Offer.

ALL THE ABOVE LAKME SALON DISCOUNT OFFERS CAN BE REDEEMED ON ANY SERVICES
INCLUDING WAXING EXCEPT Make-up SERVICES @ Lakme Salon, till 17th Mar 2022. The only
exclusion for these offers is make-up services.

An unique code will be sent by SMS / email to the registered mobile number / email address
which will be valid only during the period of this Offer and can be redeemed only once.

Redemption of Benefits:

2.A. Lakme Salon Benefit:

 The benefits available under the HNY Spin the Happiness wheel are – availing any
of the beauty services (except make-up) at the participating Lakmé Salons at the
discounts generated for the discount code (the “Benefits”).
 The Benefits are not available on purchase of products.
 Benefits can be availed only by the customer who has availed of the Offer by
Spinning the Wheel.
 The Unique Code (“Code”) sent to the registered mobile number of the customer
would be necessary for redemption of Benefits. LLPL or its franchisees will not be
responsible for inability to redeem due to non-availability of Code or incorrect
Code. Payments for such services which are availed but not successfully
redeemed under the HNY Spin the Happiness Wheel will have to be made in full
at the applicable prices and will not be covered under the HNY.
 The Benefits of the HNY Spin the Happiness Wheel cannot be carried forward and
should be utilized within the period mentioned in these terms and conditions.
 The Spin the Happiness wheel benefits are not transferable.
 The HNY Spin the Happiness Wheel benefits cannot be exchanged for monetary
compensation or gift or other offers;
 The offer code can only be redeemed on a minimum spends of Rs.2500 or above.
On 100% discount offer the maximum discount value is limited to upto Rs.2500
only.
  The last day of the offer redemption is 17 th Mar’22

2.B. Cult.fit Offer:

 The cultpass LIVE offer can only be availed on the partner website -
www.cult.fit/me/vouchers

Steps to redeem the cultpass LIVE offer

 The offer & unique voucher code will be sent to the customer through SMS and Email after
spinning the happiness wheel.

 Customers can redeem the voucher by opening the website link

https://www.cult.fit/me/vouchers. Then the customers need to login if they have an account
already and the new customers should sign up on the website.

 You can also use the cult.fit mobile app, go to the “Home” section on cult.fit mobile app (For IOS
users the code can only be redeemed via the website / mobile web)
 Click on the profile icon on the top left and visit the “Redeem Voucher” section within “Referrals
& Vouchers”

 Enter voucher code, verify, and redeem to start your unlimited access

 Your access will start from the date of activation of the voucher code.

 Once redeemed, you can book sessions from both cult.fit mobile app and website (available in
both IOS and android mobile users)

Terms & Conditions of cultpass LIVE offer

 The promotional voucher is valid till Mar 31st January, 2022.

 Each voucher can be redeemed only once per user.

 The access is applicable to the section under “LIVE” on cult.fit mobile app or web

 The voucher is applicable in India only.

 The dates of the membership can we viewed in profile section under “Active Packs /
Subscriptions”
  The pass does not allow customer to stop the membership.

 Only one voucher can be used at a time and cannot be combined with other offers.

 The voucher is not transferable and should not be resold or redeemed for cash/kinds.

 If the product purchased using a promotional voucher is returned, the refund value will not
include the value of the voucher code.

 Cult.fit reserves the right to modify or revoke the voucher / offer at any point in time.

3. Lakme for Life (LFL) Packages

Customers purchasing Lakme for Life packages during HNY shall be entitled to additional
benefits as mentioned below.

i. On purchase of LFL package of Rs. 5000 can avail services worth Rs. 6000. No
additional benefits will be given on purchase of this LFL package.

ii. On purchase of LFL package of Rs.10000 can avail services worth Rs.12000 and
avail 2-month Happy Skin and Hair Plan and a 2-month cultpass LIVE access
(online fitness package) from cult.fit.
iii. On purchase of LFL package of Rs.25000 can avail services worth Rs.32000 and 3
month Happy Skin and Hair Plan and a 3-month cultpass LIVE access (online
fitness package) from cult.fit.

iv. On purchase of LFL package of Rs.50000 can avail services worth Rs.70000 and
avail 3-month Happy Skin and Hair Plan plan and a 6-month cultpass LIVE access
(online fitness package) from cult.fit

v. On purchase of LFL package of Rs.100000 can avail services worth Rs.150000 and
avail 3-month plan and a 12-month cultpass LIVE access (online fitness package)
from cult.fit

3.A. HAPPY SKIN AND HAIR PLAN

i. Customers purchasing Lakme for Life Packages shall be eligible to receive customized
Happy Skin and Hair Plan subject to the terms mentioned herein.
ii. Customers can book only 1 appointment per category (Hair & Skin),
iii. Customers eligible for Consultation under Happy Skin and Happy Hair shall be eligible
for only 1 consultation under the respective category of the Offer.

iv. The Plan shall include Consultation by Lakme Happy New Coaches through
videoconferencing wherein a non-medical skin/hair regimen will be recommended.

v. Consultation shall only be limited to recommendation of products and skin or hair

care services to be followed, no products shall be provided as part of the Plan.

vi. Customers are advised to check the ingredients of the Products recommended to look
for allergies & inform salon experts about any conditions that may be necessary to
customize the skin or hair care regime as applicable.

vii. Customers are required to furnish all relevant personal details for proper consultation
to the Happy New Coach during the Consultation

viii. The Recommendation by the Happy New Coaches are generic, for evolved cases or
customers facing specific issues they should consult a medical practitioner.

ix. Customer can book an appointment only after a small Questionnaire is submitted

x. Customer should avail the Consultation within the stipulated time of 15 days of taking
the services at Lakme Salon. No consultation shall be provided beyond the stipulated
time.
xi. Appointment booking day: D+2 (E.g.: On 23rd Nov the customer can book the
appointment for 25th Nov or later).

xii. Appointment cancellation: D-1. Any cancellation should be made a day prior to the
appointment. Customers cannot cancel the appointment on the day of scheduled
appointment.

xiii. The Company does not guarantee any results in respect of the recommended skin and
hair care regime. Company shall not be held liable if any desired results are not
achieved by following the skin and hair regime recommended by Happy New Coaches.
It is clarified that the Happy Skin and Hair Plan are only recommendations and does
not guarantee any definitive results.
 xiv. The Customer agrees that the personal & sensitive personal information provided in
this consultation is out of their free consent to enable the company to carry out the
above-mentioned services. The customer agrees that the Company may store the
same for future reference & use for providing & recommending other salon services.

3.B. Cultpass LIVE fitness package from Cult.fit

Redemption Process & T&Cs already mentioned above in Spin the Happiness Wheel
redemption details.

4. ROLL THE DICE OF HAPPINESS:

Participation in HNY Dice of Happiness is open to anyone who, on the date of entry, are legal
residents of India, at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. A person can participate in
HNY Dice of Happiness by purchasing services & rolling the Dice of Happiness after billing.
The customer will be required to scan the QR code mentioned on the tent card / link
mentioned in the SMS to access the game on his/her mobile phone and other sponsored
places. A participant would be required to input her / his Name, mobile number, Email
address, City to be able to (Roll the Dice of Happiness / redeem the Offer displayed on the
Dice of Happiness) .

If a participant does not wish to share his / her mobile number, she will not be able to
participate and avail offers of the Dice of Happiness.

Mobile number / Email id so shared will be used for communicating the offer code available
under the HNY dice of happiness as well as communication of service messages and
messages about Lakme Salon Offers.

The Offer is available only once to each mobile number.

A participant is required to read through the terms and conditions before he / she becomes
entitled to roll the dice of happiness and avail of the Offer.

4.A. Offers available on rolling the Dice of Happiness:

 5% OFF on services worth Rs.2000 or more at Lakme Salon

 10% OFF on services worth Rs.2000 or more at Lakme Salon
  15% OFF on services worth Rs.2000 or more at Lakme Salon
 20% OFF on services worth Rs.2000 or more at Lakme Salon
 25% OFF on services worth Rs.2000 or more at Lakme Salon
 30% OFF on services worth Rs.2000 or more at Lakme Salon

4.B. Redemption of Benefits:

 The benefits available under the HNY Dice of Happiness are – availing any of the beauty
services (except make-up) at the participating Lakmé Salons at the discounts generated
for the discount code (the “Benefits”).

 The Benefits are not available on purchase of products.

 Benefits can be availed only by the customer who has availed of the Offer by Spinning the
Wheel.

 The Unique Code (“Code”) sent to the registered mobile number of the customer would
be necessary for redemption of Benefits. LLPL or its franchisees will not be responsible
for inability to redeem due to non-availability of Code or incorrect Code. Payments for
such services which are availed but not successfully redeemed under the HNY Spin the
Happiness Wheel will have to be made in full at the applicable prices and will not be
covered under the HNY.

 The Benefits of the HNY Spin the Happiness Wheel cannot be carried forward and should
be utilized within the period mentioned in these terms and conditions.

 HNY spin the happiness wheel Benefits are not transferable.

 The HNY Spin the Happiness Wheel Benefits cannot be exchanged for monetary
compensation or gift or other offers;

 The offer code can only be redeemed on a minimum spends of Rs.2000 or above.

 The last day of the offer redemption is 17th Mar’22 & is redeemable on the next customer
visit.

5. Other terms and conditions:

 The services at Lakmé Salons can be availed without the requirement to participate in
HNY or spinning the Wheel.
 Only customers who are above 18 years of age are eligible to purchase the HNY Spin the
happiness wheel, Dice of happiness or Lakme for Lakme packages.
 Services availed pursuant to Benefits of HNY are not further eligible for any other
discounts or offers.
 HNY will be governed by these terms and conditions and the provisions of applicable
Law;
 The Happy Hair and Happy Skin Plan, the cultpass LIVE Fitness Plan and all other benefits
provided under HNY are strictly on as is basis and will be provided as per the terms and
within timelines mentioned herein or as decided by LLPL. No customization of plans
beyond what is specified, or deviations are possible to suit individual needs given the
scale and magnitude of the HNY.
 LLPL reserves the right to cancel the benefits of customers who are found to be violating
any of the terms and conditions and forfeit their unutilized Benefits.
 Services availed with discount Benefits of HNY are not eligible for loyalty points under
Runway Rewards Loyalty program.
 Customers will have to take a prior appointment to avail the services. The General terms
and conditions which apply to any customer availing services at Lakme Salons as
available at the link www.lakmesalon.in would apply mutatis mutandis.
 LLPL or its franchisees will not be responsible incase any of the terms of the HNY are
misunderstood or misconstrued by the Customer.
 None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a
partnership or agency between LLPL and its franchisees.
 All Personal Information /Sensitive personal data or information provided by the
customer while booking appointments, consultation procedures or filling consent forms
is out of the customer’s free consent to enable the Company to carry out the services.
Further Lakme Lever Private Limited ( LLPL) or its parent company shall keep the Personal
Information /Sensitive personal data or information provided by the customer
confidential and may store the same for future reference and use and for providing and
recommending any other products and / or services or marketing purposes of Unilever
brands / products / services. Please refer to our privacy policy on link:
www.lakmesalon.in to understand the way we use personal information collected from
you.
 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this terms and conditions and any
circumstances whatsoever, LLPL shall not be liable for any incidental, ancillary, direct,
indirect, special or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits or
injury or death, whether in contract or based on any theory of liability.
 A participant availing the HNY may opt for not receiving promotional messages of lakme
Salon by sending email to care.LLPL@unilever.com or calling Toll Free: 18001231952
email care.LLPL@unilever.com/ Toll Free: 18001231952 in case of any query,
grievance/complaint / feedback.
 In case of any doubt or dispute or confusion regarding the interpretation or operation of
the HNY the decision taken by LLPL shall be final and binding.
 Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the
jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
