Context:
Relative to the DepEd Memo no. 85 s. 2021 entitled preparation for the Implementation of
expanded Face to Face which is anchored on joint memorandum Circular No. 1 series of 2021 as
adopted through Division (Memorandum (No. 63 series of 2022, which aims to prepare schools for
the limited face to face classes.
Expectations: OBJECTIVES: The objectives of this activity are as
follow:
1. To ensure the smooth implementation of
limited face to face classes;
2. Reiterate updates and guidelines of TER
DepEd order no. 85 and its joint circular ACR
No.1 through Division Memo no. 63; Monitoring Tools
3. Provide technical assistance to the
school heads for the access and
application of expanded progressive
face to face classes by accessing the
SSATS;
4. Other matter which shall be discussed
like observation of the monitors.

DISTRICT STAFF MEETING ON THE LIMETED FACE TO FACE

To: ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL HEADS

SBM COORDINATORS

1. Relative to the DepEd order no.85 series of 2021 entitled preparation for the
implementation of Expanded face to face shall conduct the DISTRICT staff
meeting on the limited face to face on March 3, 2022 at San Jose de Buan
Central Elem School, 8:00AM to 5:00 PM
2. The participants are all Elementary and Secondary School Heads, District
Bookkeeper
3. The activity aims to, the
(a.) To ensure the smooth implementation of limited face to face classes;

b.)Reiterate updates and guidelines of DepEd order no. 85 and its joint
circular No.1 through Division Memo no. 63;

C.)Provide technical assistance to the school heads for the access and
application of expanded progressive face to face classes by accessing the
SSATS;
d.)Other matter which shall be discussed like observation of the monitors.

4. The activity shall be conducted face-to-face due to poor internet connectivity in

all schools in San Jose de Buan District. And in compliance to the new normal
practices, all participants will adhere to social distancing and other minimum
health and safety protocols as required by IATF.
5. Travel and incidental expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be
charged against school MOOE/Local funds subject to the usual accounting
and
auditing rules and regulations.
6.100% attendance is highly expected, Immediate and wide dissemination of this
memorandum is desired.
