Units concerned
All c60000 configurations with SW version 02-05 where the 564-0003 alarm occurs.
Summary
In case 564-0003 alarm occurs after the software upgrading to 02-05, please replace the current sensor
plate with the extended one.
Action
In case SW version 02-05 is installed and the alarm 564-0003 (feeder alarm) occurs the current sensor
plate has to be exchanged with the new one.
Note: The old sensor plate has to be stored carefully for a possible re-modification.
Reasons of Change
The movement of Rack ID reading at Sampler unit is changed in Ver. 02-05 software: the shift distance
after detection stop for Rack ID is changed from 2.0 mm to 2.6 mm. This change causes less margin of
stable detection status after the shift, which may result in inadequate detection during next motion.
(Alarm code 564-0003)
Details
Refer to the attachment.
Interchangeability
The extended plate is also available for 02-07 software.
