WEEKLY ACTIVITIES REMARKS

A. Activities WARNING:

1. Close off the chrome foam valve inside the cabinet, and roll 1. Water test only, not
out the hose. Close the nozzle and open the water valve foam induction. Close
inside the cabinet. The hose is now under operating water off the concentration
pressure. Inspect for leaks on the following parts. chrome valve, in order
 Outlet elbow seals. to by pass the foam.
 Hose length. Test the water jet pipe
 Nozzles. only. Open chrome
 Inlet stop valves. valve after test.
 Semi-Automatic Hose Rack.
NOTE:
2. When the inspection is competed, close the water valve
inside the cabinet, drain the hose throught the nozzle in a 1. Inhibit alarm before

2. Re-activate alarm after

is done; data, remarks and the like are to be entered on the task sheet and/or work order. If required and as a result of this PMI, a follow-up work
order shall be raised to cover Corrective Maintenance works.
