ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I would also like to extend my thanks to Mr Sunny Kaul for imparting his
valuable time and knowledge to us. He enlightened us with various crucial
information about the peculiarities of the store.
This was a great learning experience for us to see the internal workings
of a store and to draw learning from an active environment corelating it
with what we learn in class.
We learnt about the how the store had bifurcated amongst its categories
and see the process it follows starting from product placement to
storytelling to 5 senses provided by the store.
We were expected to learn about the different level from where the team
hands operated by different people of various department from Visual
Merchandiser, Designer, Marketing team, Sales team etc. and relate on
how thing work in real time.
Alsorg has a strong presence in the manufacturing market, having worked for
notable architects, builders, hotels, and corporates across India since 2008. To
obtain the finest result, their integrated team of designers, project managers, and
stylists work closely with clients to understand their vision, inspiration, and goals.
From conception to execution, concepts are developed at Alsorg. They are
capable of supplying top quality items in a timely manner because they are
supported by the best resources, including world-class manufacturing, cutting-
edge technology, and design collectives.
Currently, the Alsorg group has four showrooms. Two of which are located in
Gurgaon (Grand Mall and MGF Mega City Mall), one in Chennai (Shaffee
Mohammed road) and one in Pune (Dhole Patil road) focusing on bespoke
furniture along with kitchens and wardrobe’s. In addition to our showrooms, we
have a manufacturing factory in Gurgaon, India, that spans 2,25,000 square feet.
Combining the use of latest machinery along with a strong design base, they
deliver a premier range of products to the clients.
Values
Alsorg's goal is to establish a brand identity for our products and services in
both the Indian and international markets. Our main focus is on creating high-
quality items that reflect our clients' vision. To design living and working places
that connect with clients, telling their stories, inspiring them, and bringing their
ambitions to life. Alsorg realises this aim today through the use of cutting-edge
machinery and cutting-edge technology, and it continues to strive to adapt to
changing advances in the future with ease.
Kitchen
Alsorg has a beautiful, well-made, faultless modular kitchen that has been
thoughtfully designed and displayed. It was also noticed that fixtures, chandeliers,
and other products were used to give a complete picture of how a room would be
completed or how the furniture would look in the space to promote the consumer's
lifestyle.
Luxury Hotel
These luxury hotels are furnished with high-end furniture that was created
specifically for these luxury hotels in India by Alsorg.
Projects that have won awards Being acknowledged for its proficiency in design
and quality, as well as differentiation provided as professional interior
consultancy in terms of expertise and experience, has earned Acetech the Grand
Stand Award. Alsorg recognises that each customer is unique and has specific
needs.
AIDA model
Awareness: Alsorg uses its stores, websites, and exporting to make buyers
aware of their items or services. Its public relations strategy is more reliant on
goodwill. It also has strong ties with interior designers, architects, and other
professionals.
Interest: Alsorg's website contains a number of client testimonials, and
Alsorg is also offered in a number of well-known hotels, serving as a
marketing tool for them.
Desire: The store's organisation uses distinct colour schemes to tell a storey
about each section, making the purchase process more appealing to customers.
Alsorg has also designed their stores to match the furniture they sell.
Action: Alsorg has established a separation between its store and its several
categories. They attempted to achieve a different plot arc for each segment
with this method.
Retention: Alsorg caters to the ultra-wealthy. Furthermore, its outreach
strategy is more reliant on goodwill and networking among architects,
designers, and previous clients, among others.
