Our gratitude goes to the Almighty God for His love, wisdom and understanding

for helping us throughout our National Diploma programme.

Odawn Gowin whose help, stimulating suggestions and encouragement helped us in

all time of fabrication process and in writing this report. We also sincerely thanks

staff in Building Department, who gave us a permission to use the workshop

equipment and also the machine and giving a permission to use all the necessary

tools in the workshop.

guiding the team in achieving the goal as well as their encouragement to maintain

our progress in track. My profound thanks go to all classmates, especially to our

friends for spending their time in helping and giving support whenever we need it

in fabricating our project.

ABSTRACT

A work (project) of this type broadly is focused at exposing students to both

practical and theoretical idea of their chosen or selected profession. To obtain

this goal the maintenance/renovation of workshop of Building Technology

department of FPI was chosen for discussion. This works hall

comprehensively look at or cover the need to maintain the workshop B, the

materials for the maintenance of workshop B renovation. In addition, this

works hall deal extensively on the basic or fundamental maintenance

procedure sup to the finishing stage.
