EMPLOYEE RETENTION:
The employee exit rate in lower level employee
workforce is less than 1%. We had a conversation
with an ex-employee of the firm who worked as a
co-manager for the firm. An interaction with Ms
Jyoti Chetri. We asked her about her work
experience with Shree Sukh Sagar. “Its Good. It’s
all about taking an ownership of students and the
site managing, catering, accommodation, bus
transportation, taking care of VIP Guests of
NMIMS. This place has instilled a leadership
quality in me, it helped me in organising and
managing processes better. I have a special place
in my heart for the experience and affection I
received from here but, for my further growth and
development, I had to end this journey here” as
she sums up her experience.
CONCLUSION:
Through this corporate field work, we have learnt
the workings of an organisational structure of its
employees. How they work, the way they are
trained so as to give customer satisfaction and
achieve organisational objectives. Shree Sukh
Sagar performs HR Functions in a genuine
procedural way. Through surveys that was
recently conducted by us, its overall food services
and hospitality is satisfactory.
However, considering Change as Constant, growth
is always impactful and the organisation needs to
keep that in mind. This shall help them achieve its
objectives far better as compared to what it
already does. Talent Management Process, Job
Analysis and Employee Motivation are some grey
areas which the Shree Sukh Sagar needs to focus
upon.
