Company Background

Back in 2010, 6 of us planning to open an Arabian style restaurant named


“UHDINA”.
Basically, our restaurant placed exactly in the middle of Kuala Selangor city.
Five years ago, three of us are working at some Arabian country to get the idea and
the concept that we can apply at Malaysia when we open a restaurant.
Our hard work and dedication in learning the Arabian restaurant concept is pay off
at the day that we finally open this restaurant.
We know that at Malaysia that a lot of people that like the Arabian style and we are
fulfilling their demand.

From this assignment what have we learn is to create a complete hr
functional plan for an organization or firm
Before we recruit any employee, we need to make sure that what type
of employee do we want? What kind of person that suits the position?
Performance appraisal is to evaluate either this employee should be
promoted, terminate or just stay in the same position
Be sure that we need to include both of the statutory benefits and
none statutory benefits. All the employees will get their paid sick
leave, EPF and SOCSO which is this is this is the responsible for every
employer.
