B.

APPLICATION
1. Hence, traditional research enables organisations to be more personal, knowledgeable about their
accounts and assist in the alignment of Sales and Marketing teams. Last and more importantly,
research helps companies identify whether Account Based Marketing would be a fit for their overall
business objectives.

2. Interpreting the known facts and looking at them from a new perspective is also a part of research
in Humss.

3. This research provides a foundation for understanding how and why integrated STEM experiences
can support improvement in learning and thinking, where they might pose difficulties for learners, and
how they can be designed to be more effective.
4. The TVL strand courses gives students: Good preparation for a career, as graduates of vocation
courses have a higher employment as compared to other courses.

5. Quantitative methods in education engages in the science and practice of educational measurement

and evaluation, primarily through the development and application of statistical methods, informed by
the study of teaching and learning statistics.

APPLICATION
1. Research is defined as careful consideration of study regarding a particular concern or problem
using scientific methods. According to the American sociologist Earl Robert Babbie, “research is
a systematic inquiry to describe, explain, predict, and control the observed phenomenon. It
involves inductive and deductive methods.”

2. Identification of a research problem,Formulation of Hypothesis,Review of Related

ABSTRACTION
1. To understand concepts, opinions, or experiences, qualitative research involves collecting and
analysing non-numerical data (e.g., text, video, or audio). It can be used to gain an in-depth
understanding of a problem or to generate new research ideas. It is the opposite of quantitative
research.
2. Case study is the appropriate method for this type of research. Since the researcher will be
describing the experience of one person, family, group or community through direct observation
and interaction with the subject, which is my favorite restaurant in town.
3. Objectivity is ultimate truth, irrespective of any outside input or ideas, it is what it is. Subjectivity
is opinion on relative perspective on objective reality.
In short objectively are based on facts and subjectivity is based on opinions.
4. During the often-extended process of research and experimentation, subjectivity is used at the
beginning to correctly formulate the hypothesis and at the end when interpreting the data. In
the middle - the actual performing of the experiments - it’s more about being objective while
setting up the experiment and collecting the data.
5. No. The researcher is more analogous while the data gathering instrument is the one that
captures the data (calibrate) within the scope and doesn't manipulate it.

2. Adaptability. Qualitative research can change on the fly, based on reactions and responses by the
participants as they come in,Subjectivity,More Opportunity for Collaboration,Creative approaches,Time
and Labor Intensive,Correlation Does Not Equal Causation,Patterns Can Be Hard to See.
3. Poor quality qualitative work can lead to misleading findings. Qualitative research alone is often
insufficient to make population-level summaries. The research is not designed for this purpose, as the
aim is not to generate summaries generalisable to the wider population.
4. Grounded theory differs from either qualitative content analysis or thematic analysis because it has
its own distinctive set of procedures, including theoretical sampling and open coding. In contrast, the
procedures in the other two are not specified at the same level of detail.
5. Mixed methods research can have many advantages when the design being used is well chosen to
meet the goals of the research question. At the same time, however, it can be quite challenging not only
to use more than one method but also to integrate the results from two or more methods. So, I
recommend starting by evaluating the extent to which the "best" single method could accomplish your
goals, and then ask what you could gain by adding an additional method.
6. Pretending that I am a participant in a phenomenological study, the researcher can obtain data from
the narratives of our interview.

and Personality Traits in Relation to academic performance of Accountancy,Business and Management
Strand Students
Summarize of Self-Perception of ABM Students towards Their Academic, Social and Emotional College
Preparedness:
Most schools in the country had implemented changes in the schedule, from traditional to blocked. This
may have an impact on the students' learning capacity and ability to learn all the lessons for about 100
minutes. San Sebastian College Recoletos de Cavite has implemented a blocked schedule where five
subjects are spending 1 hour and 30 minutes each for four days. The study focuses on determining the
Academic-related problems of Grade 11 ABM students taking the ABM strand based on the scheduling
system in San SebastianCollege-Recoletos de Cavite (SSC-RDC). It will cover the perception of the
students with the traditional and blocking schedule. The researchers hope to find solutions on how to
solve the problem when it comes to the blocked schedule.
Summarize of Personality Traits in Relation to academic performance of Accountancy,Business and
Management Strand Students:
People's attribute patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are replicated by personality
characteristics. Personality traits indicate consistency and stability, and someone with a high score on a
specific feature like extraversion is likely to be friendly in a variety of contexts throughout time. The
outcome of schooling is academic performance. Personality was examined by psychologists as a
separate subject known as Psychology of Personality. People with this quality exceed others in terms of
capacity fulfillment, working within the norms, masterminding, and successfully composing.
Some personality traits are found to be related to performance in a relevant way (Barrick, Mount &
Judge, 2008). The main five factors were linked to job engagement as a higher-order factor. Openness to
new experiences and agreeableness were found to be inextricably linked. Physical, Emotional, and
Cognitive Engagement were all found to be inversely associated with neuroticism. The Five-Factor
Model is a model that considers five factors.
