Training Registration:

https://wilearn.sumtotal.host >> Quality >> ROLE BASED PROCESS TRAINING >> Select the training that

needs to be completed >> Register >> Start the relevant training.

Step 1: Course Completion:

 Login to https://wilearn.sumtotal.host (with AD credentials)
 Click on QUALITY >> ROLE BASED PROCESS TRAINING

Step 2: Assessment Scheduling Steps:

If course is ITIL Awareness or AGILE-NEW
 No explicit steps to be followed. After the completion of all the 6 modules of ITIL Awareness
training, you will receive a mail after 24 hrs with login and password details for taking the
assessment in QMark.
 Similarly, After completing the 2 modules of AGILE-NEW within 24-48 hours you will
receive the login credentials for QMARK assessment which will give you 4 more attempts.
For other RBPT courses: ( SCM, SRT, LEAN, Quality101)
 Only after the completion of the course, ‘Schedule My Assessments’ will allow for
scheduling the assessment i.e. “Start” button will become active. Schedule the assessment
by pressing on” Start”.    
 After completion of scheduling assessment, it will display userID and password details on
the screen.

Step 3: Login to QMARK to Take the Assessment:

· The assessment now should be taken in QMark @
· Backbone: https://myassessments.wipro.com

Follow this pattern while login:

Once you are on the landing page of QMARK assessment site:

 Your login id will be <Employee ID>-UP

 Password will be <Last 3 digits of employee id><first 3 letters of your month of joining Wipro>

Ex: If your employee id is 12345 and you have joined Wipro on 1 st Jan 2016 then your

 Login id: 12345-UP

Step 4: Take the Assessment:

 The assessment will be scheduled only after 24 hours of completing the scheduling through
‘Schedule My Assessments’
 Take the assessment
 
Important :
 
 Test Results will reflect in PSP only after 48 hours.
 There is no 'Schedule My Assessments' for ITIL Awareness. Once you complete the training, you
will get a mail within 24 HRS. on how to take the assessment in QMark.
 If you have already completed the assessment prior to Apr, 2015, the exact path to check the

 If you completed after Apr, 2015, i.e. for assessment completion in QMark, check PSP. (My
Wipro -> My Data -> Personal Staffing Page -> Competency / Learning Plan -> Other Assessment
Results).  And send the snapshot to us to update in the backend.
 
RESCHEDULING AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS :
If exhausted 8 attempts, you can re-schedule for extra 4 attempts.
Please log helpline ticket under WILEARN category to get the assessment enabled
 If the employee exhausts these 4 re-attempts then there will no more attempts. The employee
is then required to re-do the course as well followed by assessment relevant to the course.

 Screenshot of course completion / score after finishing the module for any validation required.
Either Course completion score snapshot (as soon as submitted assessment) or the PSP page
Scoreboard snapshot (this reflects post 48 hrs.)

screenshot of the error you are getting and submit.

Applicability of the trainings depends on the project classification(s) of the projects(s) the employee is
tagged to, Suite(s) and Band of the employee.
