- An activity that allows us to open up and know the adventurous,

speaks for 2-3 minutes, and then a quick discussion follows.

A CREATIVE VISION TO CLOSE ON A HIGH - Focussing on implementing


(90 minutes) changes in the work and
non-work life
This activity allows people to create a more aligned and compelling vision for - Incorporating others’
themselves and the team. We chalk out a vision for ourselves and where we see suggestions; understanding
the team in 3 years, and what is needed to stay on course. Except, they make it each other’s expectations
fun by “depicting” their vision through art! (Clay, paint, etc.) - Ending on a positive note
