TASK 2: Today people stay away from their friends

and family to find a job. Do the advantages outweigh

the disadvantages?

Pros cons
- independence - Hard to mange time if they did it worse
 responsible for their own income  not have enough time to study  pay for another
 ex: many friend in university, work to raise time of study
income for their tuition fees instead of hanging  not enough time to work  get fired
out with friends - income problems: not have work  may get
- soft skill improvement involved in social evil: evil debt, drug addict,…
 communication skills, time management - hard to find a good job if not graduated from a uni
skills or a college
 work in a café  communication skills  the hirers, bosses prefer a skillful person
 work and study at the same time  have to  ex: my uncle is a manager  always want to meet
arrange time appropriately graduated students with qualifications

In recent years, there is an increasing number of people who isolated themselves

with their friends and family to search for a vacancy. From my point of view, the
cons of this development are dominant compared to its pros.

On the first side, there are some advantages those people may achieve when they
stay away from their nearby relations for seeking a job. First and foremost, they
will have an opportunity to prove themselves as an independence person. Taking
my friend in university as an example, he try to get out of his parents’s observation
and find a part-time job to pay for his tuition fees instead of hanging out with us.
Secondly, people involving this development may improve their soft skills such as
time management or communication skills. These competences are expressed
clearly in those people who choose cafés as their workplaces.

On the other hand, there are also a great number of drawbacks that needed to take
into careful consideration with this development. Firstly, it will be hard to ensure a
satisfiying life if those people are not able to manage their time properly. If they
concentrate on working so seriously, they will not have time to study, they evenly
pay for another course. If they spend too much time on studying, they cannot work.
Therefore, they will get fired and it is difficult to manage in these situations.
Moreover, they will involve themselves in social evils such as drug addictive or
evil debts. Secondly, finding a great job is a major difficulty for many ungraduated
students. Obviously, the bosses always want to hire skillfull workers. For example,
my uncle, used to be a big boss of a prestigious company, prefered interviewees
with high qualifications and experiences.

In conclusion, while there are some advantages that people are likely to search for
a job leaving their friends and family, there also a number of disadvantages those
people need to overcome.
