(Situation/Question/ Answer)

1. What is meant by the charisma of educational leadership?

Fortunately, charm is a skill. An introvert may struggle to come out of their shell, but I
believe everyone has a beautiful peacock inside waiting to be released. It only takes practice showing
your feathers in front of small and large groups.
How can you do this? Most introverts are outgoing among family and friends. Even the most
introverted person, like myself, has a group of friends that know them as they are. Just practice
showing this aspect of yourself to your classmates. Your genuine self will emerge once you have
built relationships with enough individuals and have their backing. That's how an introvert becomes
a peacock.
While charisma is vital, it is limited. A leader's style must be matched with substance. I've known
charismatic leaders who lacked substance. They were charming, friendly, and endeared themselves
to the school community.
2. Explain the concept of duty and describe the kinds of duties that most people have.
Understanding and knowing one's obligation can be challenging and unclear,
regardless of whether the duty is toward oneself, one's family, friends, coworkers, neighbors,
or acquaintances, or whether the duty is toward one's community, state, or nation. Sometimes
there is confusion about the obligations of an individual toward his or her profession,
employer, and fellow employees. Each of the authors approaches the subject of duty from a
viewpoint that is unquestionably relevant to the practice of educational administration. The
outcome of this treatment should be a better grasp of duty, both as a conceptual concept and
in connection to the daily decision-making of educational administrators and administrators.
