Other than catering the wants of the
customers, the store will also employ locals of
any demographic background as long as they
can do the job properly.

Inflation will increase the price of our products
and/or decrease the serving portions. This may
result in less employees to sustain the financial
needs of the store.
Similarly, unemployment rates may also
decrease or increase the number of customers
which determines the profit of the store
and its employment.

The store will adapt new technologies to boost
efficiency and profit. Online ordering will allow
customers to order without going to the
physical store; modern motorcycles for
delivery are faster, environmental-friendly,
and has safety-features for the driver; finally,
newer equipment are more efficient which will
improve the quality of our products and
service. Similarly, online hiring, online
evaluations, and online banking may also help
the management.
