We have in-house team of qualified NDT technician well experience to handle NDT
inspection as per structural and other specific code / standard requirement. We also
have specialized team of boroscopy inspection for pipe welds and specialized them for
paint / coating inspection.
OEM - Vendor QA / QC services

We provide QA / QC support to vendors of OEM to follow OEM quality guidelines.


The services includes providing training , necessary support and assistance to
vendors of OEM and supplement them with required expertise to comply to OEM
quality requirements. We also provides assistance / consultancy for audit of shop
approval & certification.

Why Third Party Inspection is required ?

• Use of Steel in the structures is calling for specialized domain knowledge to solve
problems during fabrication & erection.

• Continuous supervision is required at site as well as fabrication workshop to make sure


that the contractor is following all the guidelines given by the applicable code of
construction & tender documents.

• TPI helps in achieving Quality at the optimum cost with safe practices & also helps in
managing risk.

• Formulation of Quality Assurance Plan &/or Inspection & Testing Plan is important in order
to define extend of inspection & scope of all the parties involved in the project.

• On-site Inspection & Supervision:


– To check integrity of Raw Material, Maintaining Traceability of raw material.
– Inspection at different stages like material cutting, fit-up & welding.
– Welding Procedure & Performance Qualification as per code of construction
