A. What is your most liked recreational activities?

- These past few days, I am always seeing myself losing track of what I should and
should not do. I always get easily distracted by other things and that is why I could
not focus on a certain thing or subject for a long time. Also, I sometimes find myself
spacing out. And from that I knew that I am already having a mental problem. I keep
on calming myself every time I feel like I’m getting drained or exhausted. I always
wanted to cry whenever I start to feel that feeling but I do not want to cry because
my family will see it that is why I keep on sleeping so that I can escape somehow
the problems that I have. From that I started doing meditation, I wrote the things
that keeps on bothering me and the lessons that I learned from that experience.
Every time I do it, it makes me calm and I feel like I am at peace because I am letting
out my feelings even if it is only a pen and paper. Every now and then, I am always
doing meditation not only when I am stress but also when I feel like I need a break
from reality.

B. Which WRP online session you attended was aligned to the recreational activities you
enjoy doing the most? Why?
- The WRP session that I attended was the Music Relaxation lead by Ma’am Leah
Olmos. Music relaxation gave me even almost an hour to relax and feel at peace
with what we did on that session. Ma’am Leah made us close our eyes while she’s
playing a music and she instructed us what to think so that we can imagine it while
our eyes are closed. I truly liked what we did back there because what she wanted
us to imagine is very at peace and calming. Since meditation is my most liked
recreational activity, it helps me understand and on how to do meditation while
feeling at peace and calm.
