MY STRESS SIGNALS

THAT YOU ARE


STRESSED?
I know that I am stressed when I am quieter than usual. And I
feel a bit lifeless. I also get a bit stingy sometimes, but when I
snap back to my senses, I act more calm and composed.
HOW MUCH STRESS DO YOU
THINK YOU ARE UNDER?
I think that I am a bit stressed, because we didn’t had an academic
break after exams. I felt a bit rushed and pressured. I needed more
sleep that time and I didn’t have much. My performance that week was
affected. It made me sad and a bit stressed.
LEISURE TIME
I chose leisure time, because I am
happier when I do my hobbies. I
personally do not get distracted when I
have tasks. So I pretty much do my tasks
first before leisure time. I think that’s a
good thing.
SLEEP
I feel more refreshed when sleeping. I
always sleep for 8-9 hours. I’m not fond
of it since I sometimes wake up late or
tired. But in the bright side, a good
night sleep always brightens my mood.
MUSIC
I love music. I listen to a lot of music.
The type of music I listen to depends on
my mood. If it is the rainy season then I
listen to chill music. Music really
lightens my mood and it relates to what
I feel.
