April 12-16, 2021

On Monday I travelled to Puerto Princesa City to attend our monthly meeting

and report the accomplishments we have in Quezon. These includes repainting of
WTP, manual hauling of soil for landscaping and some other minor repairs in WTP.
On Tuesday afternoon I travelled back to my station and continued the supervision
of tank repairs and trans line piping until Friday of this week, April 16, 2021.

May 17-21, 2021

On May 17, 2021 I travelled to Puerto to attend our monthly meeting. I reported the
site status and accomplishments we had. During the meeting I was informed that I
will supervise the relocation at Narra. On tuesday morning I travelled back to my
destination to prepare for the new task that was assigned to me. Tuesday afternoon
I went to Narra together with my team to do the relocation. The work lasted until
friday noon.

June 14-18, 2021

June 14, 2021 Monday I travelled to Puerto Princesa City to attend our monthly
meeting. I reported the accomplishments done on your station. The next day I trav-
elled back to my station and monitored fabrication of pipe hanger and repair of leaks
and supervise the pipe laying the work lasted for the whole week.

On July 12, 2021 I travelled to Puerto Princesa City to attend our monthly meeting. I
reported again our accomplishment on the site. After the meeting I travelled back to
my station I supervised the installation of ladders and valves, installation of primary
filters and dual media filters and fabrication of covers of valve and boxes and fabri-
cation of filters.

I travelled to Puerto Princesa City on monday to attend our monthly meeting. I trav-
elled back to my station on Tuesday. I continued supervising the different repairs
and laying of pipes on the following days.

monthly meeting. As soon as the meeting ended I travelled back to my station and
on Tuesday until Friday I supervised the repairs of the different pipelines. I also su-
pervised the WTP and the filter valve installation.
