After comprehensive consideration in all aspects, as far as I am concerned at

this stage, my most ideal career is to become an industry researcher in the

consumer group of brokerage institutions after graduation. I am a sophomore
majoring in international economics and trade. During the summer vacation, I
participated in a training camp of a securities company and found myself
interested in industry research in the while learning. Although it is very
complicated and difficult to do industry research, I enjoy dissecting the content
behind an industry. Not only that, but also, I could learn a lot of new knowledge
in the process of research. However, the threshold for entering the more
sophisticated financial sector is relatively high now. Moreover, among Chinese
college graduates, women may face greater difficulties due to gender in their
future recruitment and job hunting (Zhang et al.,2021, pp.819-833). I am willing
to try my best to go to my ideal career.

At first, I didn't know much about the meaning and purpose of this course and
related tasks. In the process of course learning, I have a deeper understanding
and some insights into teamwork, dialectical thinking and looking at problems,
so I understand that this course and tasks can help us in learning and career
planning. Students are necessary to understand that teamwork is an ability that
needs to be cultivated during college (Schartel, Dawson and Block 2021). In
class, the teacher divides us into different groups and asks each group to solve
different problems. After class, in the process of group cooperation, each of us
will put forward our own ideas and listen to other people's ideas. These ideas
may be different, but in the end, we can find the best and most perfect strategies
through comparison, summary, and supplementation. Through activities, I
realized that individuals could make progress and grow in team activities and
discover their own advantages and disadvantages. The style distinctions of
members can help the team become diversified (Parker, 2009, p.13) and
excellent. Under the guidance of teachers, individuals can better measure skills
and provide explicit and useful feedback during the learning process to enhance
team. (Schartel, Dawson and Block 2021). In addition, I have learned that
solving problems Solving problems requires looking at the essence through
phenomena to find the key and core of things, which is conducive to improving
the dimension of ideas. Just like when conducting industry research, individuals
should make reasonable planning with the team to make cooperation efficient.
What is more, choose proper methods to deeply analyze all aspects of the
target industry.

In a word, I have a positive attitude towards this course and hope to help me
get the ideal job by carefully learning and applying the knowledge I have
learned. And in the future, I should obtain a master's degree and actively
participate in internship practice. In the following exploration process of study
and work, I hope I can choose carefully, try bravely, combine interests with the
actual situation, devote enthusiasm, set a specific goal, and make methodical
efforts to accomplish it (Lee and Young 2017) and constantly adjust to get a
suitable and satisfactory job.
