Minutes of the meeting held on 21st Oct’12 at 9 pm

1. Minutes of the 7th Oct’12 meeting were read and passed.

2. The notice was issued to all the residents to check their taps ( kitchen and two
bathrooms). No complaint was received. It was informed to us that a boiled water
sample to be taken and kept for testing. The same to be intimated to all the
residents.

3. Flat No.1206 registered a complaint of external cracks due to which the water is
seeping into the walls of the flat. Two committee members to be appointed to
inspect. The source of the cracks to be checked by an expert.

4. Additional Share Certificate- As per the advice obtained from Mr. Ochani,
advocate, a fresh Share Certificate No.112 for five additional shares 476 to 480
was issued in respect of flat no-706, which was sold by Mr.Deepak Minocha &
Mrs. Renu Minocha to M/S Sawan Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

5. The terrace doors have been replaced by wooden doors.

6. Glass frame was found on 9 th floor staircase. It has been removed. Second floor
glass is yet to be removed.

7. Work Order to be issued to M/S Airtel. The Work order to be issued & checked
under the supervision of Mr. Debkumar Dasgupta. The talks are still going on with
M/S Tata Sky. Mr. Abhishek Jain and Mr. Debkumar Dasgupta are negotiating the
terms and conditions.

8. As per the society norms no grills to be installed from outside the windows. The
Committee has found 4 flats which have installed grills from outside. A notice to
be sent to them to take the grills inside the flat.

9. Leakage Issue – The matter of leakage between the Flat no.507 owned by Mrs.
Kumud Piplani and Flat No. 407 owned by Mrs. Kanakadurga Sunkara & Mrs.
Padmini Sunkara, currently occupied by tenant Mr. Shobhit Maleta. The source of
leakage is from flat no 507 drainpipe in the common bathroom. White cement to be
applied to the outer rim of drainpipe to stop the leakage. The source of leakage in
the bedroom of flat no 507 yet to be traced. The inspection of both the flats were
done by Mrs. Aparajita Deshpande and Mrs. Piplani has assured that the job will
be done within a week.
10. The society plans to put the name plate of the residents in the lobby. Tenders to
be invited for the same from the Frangipani Residents.

11.Four unclaimed cycles have been claimed by their owners. Out of the five
unclaimed bikes, one has been claimed (bike no. MH 01 AA 324) by the resident
of Callalily X. Rest of the Two wheelers yet to be claimed.A notice to be
circulated for the same by extending the deadline. Request the residents to claim
them within 15 days from the time notice is issued. After 15 days it will be handed
over to the police. Tow away charges of the two-wheeler will be charged in the
maintenance bill.
