Examination
MM 312: Heat Treatment Lab
Year: 2021-2022
1. End semester examination for the lab course is scheduled on 9th April 2022, Saturday from 10
AM
2. The examination is for a duration of one hour
3. The examination will be conducted online using SAFE app. Students at home can take the
examination from their residence whereas students residing on campus must take the
examination at the designated venue.
4. For students taking examination from their residence two separate meeting links will be
created for the 3rd year and 4th year batches on TEAMS.
5. Students taking the examination at the venue, 3rd year batch students must report at LA 201
and 4th year batch students must report at LA 202 by 10 AM.
6. Everyone is required to carry their college ID cards and must be able to present the same
during invigilation.
7. Everyone is required to register on SAFE app for the course MM 312 Heat Treatment lab. The
course registration code is 76A44MKI.
8. The question paper will be released on SAFE app.
9. All students taking the examination must ensure that their mobile phones are fully charged
and are able to access the question paper on SAFE.
10. The passcode to view the examination paper on SAFE app, will be revealed before the start of
the examination
11. It is advisable to have mobile data pack in case of issues related to institute Wi-Fi connection
12. Bring along your calculator and the mobile phone charger when you appear for the
examination at the venue.
13. Students taking the examination from their residence must ensure that their laptops cameras
are working and must avoid any biological breaks. You may clarify any doubts before exam
with your TA and please save the resp. TA’s contact number in case of emergency.
14. Please note: Incorrect responses to objective questions will fetch negative marks (-0.25
marks)
