IV. VENUE: Limited Face to face

V. RATIONALE: We must celebrate the Women’s Day every 8 th day of March every
year. The National Women's Month Celebration (NWMC) theme from 2017 to
2022 is "WE Make CHANGE Work for Women" which highlights the
empowerment of women. This program helps women to make a great
achievement in their lives and in the community through malasakit at
pagbabago.

This year, 2022 NWMC will focus on the sub-theme: "Agenda ng

Kababaihan, Tungo sa Kaunlaran". It will be a celebration of women
exercising their choices, taking chances to make their voices heard, and
benefitting from and making changes. It is a celebration of Filipino women’s
power to raise priority issues that matter to them and call for concrete actions.

Let us continue to make change work for women. Mabuhay, mga Juana!

VI. OBJECTIVE/S: 1. To inform and engage women as pioneers and beneficiaries of government
programs and services – to promote citizen-centric governance and make
“change” a conscious effort to know, understand, and provide what ALL
citizens need
