Milktealogy opens at 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM every Monday to Saturday and 9:30 AM -3:00
PM every Sunday. There will be 3 employees needed. First is the cashier who is task to monitor
the orders online, second is the cook who will prepare and process the product, and third is the
delivery girl/boy who will distribute the product to the location of the customer.
Milktealogy offers different flavors of milk tea at an affordable price. This business uses
online platform such as FB page in selling their product considering the situation that the country
is still in pandemic. Aside from this, Facebook is the most prominent social media with billions
of users. Through this, although there is limited movement of people, it would be still easy for
the business to reach out to its target market because of the ability of Facebook to have a wide
networking with different people around the globe. Customers will just need to message the
Facebook page of the business if they want to order which gives them convenient because they
don’t need to go out because their orders will be delivered to their homes.
Before
1. The employees should report 30 minutes (9:00 AM) before the business will open.
2. They should prepare all the ingredients and equipment needed in processing the product.
3. They should post an announcement that they are ready to accept orders 15 minutes before

1. By 9:30 the cashier should be able to log in to the Fb page of the business to monitor the
orders.
2. The process of orders should come in a first message first serve basis:
a. If the customer would like to order, he/she should message the FB page using the
format and he/she needs to attach one valid id in order to ensure that they are not
bogus buyers:

b. After the FB page receive the message, the cashier should be able to reply to it within
5 minutes.
c. The cashier will reply to customer depending on the sequence of their message or
orders.
d. The reply should be in this format:
e. After the customer confirmed their orders, it will be forwarded by the cashier to the
cook to process it. The cook is only given 30 minutes the most to process the order/s
of each customer.
f. After the cook processed the orders, it will be forwarded to the delivery/girl/boy to
