The technical file & EC Self declaration of conformity by the aforementioned organization has been independently assessed by QCS
and found to have complied with the applicable requirements of the Following European Directives:
2014/31/EU- Non automatic weighing instruments
2014/35/EU- Low Voltage Directive
2014/30/EU- EMC Directive
2012/19/EU – Disposal and recycling of Electrical and Electronic Equipments
2014/32/EU- Directive for measuring Instruments
And harmonized standards EN 20113 for Moisture meter and EN 21512 for Polari meter
This Certificate of compliance has been issued as per the following conditions;.
1. Conformity assessment agreement as per annex 13 & subsection annex13c
2. Technical file (Hexane/QTCF/07) & EC s declaration of Conformity must be retained by the company under its sole
responsibility.
3. This certificate of compliance does not substitute the design and EC type examination procedures of the aforementioned
products as per applicable regulations if requested. After fulfilling the relevant standard testing procedures of the above
products the manufacturer or its authorized representatives should affix the CE mark on its products or packaging of its
products. The CE Mark as shown can be affixed by the manufacturer after completion of EU declaration of conformity,
technical construction file and compliance with all relevant EU regulations as applicable to the products classified above
on its sole responsibility.
4. This compliance certificate is based on the evaluations of one sample of the aforementioned products and does not
imply the evaluation of the quality of all the products in a particular batch of the products categorizes as mentioned
above.
5. Continuity of this certificate is subject to annual surveillance audits before the respective expiration dates.
6. QCS is an independent nongovernmental Conformity Assessment Body as per ISO 17021 international standard,
Certificate of compliance issued by QCS gives an independent confirmation to the industries that the certified
organization voluntarily complies with the applicable guidelines of international standards and regulations.
