Accordingly, Sh Amit Kumar Sahu, DM(HRM) shall handover the charge of all the works
under his control in physical, digitised form and e-office files, records, documents etc. under
his control pertaining to Sh Atul Prakash Nirala (7522), MT (HRM) at the earliest by
19th April 2022 and he shall be treated as stand relieved from 19th April 2022 (A/N) to
report for duties at new place of posting.
Upon joining at his new place of posting, Sh Amit Sahu, DM (HRM) shall report to RBG
(ITPO) and he shall look after all HRM issues including labour law compliances and labour
related court matters. For above works he will report to RBG(ITPO) through Sh Sanjay
Kumar (3870) Manager HRM.
The Controlling Officer is advised to ensure that proper handing/taking over process in
respect of above transfer is completed well in advance and any deficiency noticed later on
is not passed on to employee.
