In view of above, the above stated officer shall report for duties in the following manner:

1.Shri Aditya Srivastava (7610), JE (Elect) shall handover the charge of all the works under his control
pertaining to Redevelopment of Gomti Nagar Railiway Station to Sh Alok Kumar (6745), DPM(Civil)
by 02 January 2023 otherwise he shall be treated as stand relieved from 02d January 2023 (AIN).
Upon joining at Amrapali Works, Sh Aditya Srivastava JE (Elect) shall report to RBG (Amrapali) for
further assignment of responsibilities.
2. Further to above, Sh Alok Kumar (6745), DPM (C) shall remain stationed at Lucknow and he shail
report to ED (RE) for marketing related activities with immediate effect.. Additionally he shall continue
to look after Redevelopment Lucknow Works till further orders.

3.In addition to above, Shailendra Sharma, DGM (Engg) is transferred

to Real Estate Marketing
Works, Pragati Vihar New Delhi with immediate effect. Upon joining at RE works Pragati Vihar new
Delhi he shall report to ED (RE) for further assignment of responsibilties
4.Handing and taking over of responsibilities by Sh Aditya Srivastava, JE (Elect) shall include transfer
of all physical, digitized and eoffice records specified above and the Controlling Officer is advised to
ensure that the same is completed within stipulated timelines so that
any deficiency noticed later on
is not passed on to employee

5. TA/DA and joining time is admissible to Sh Aditya Srivastava JE (Elect) as per company rules.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
